MARINE SKIPPERS ACADEMY

An intensive 1 day training session, including the theory, examination and practical training will qualify you for the Category R skippers license, which can be used on all inland waters and estuaries.

A training course for larger groups outside the Johannesburg / Pretoria area can be conducted by special arrangement.

Our Category R Skippers License can be upgraded to a Category E License (1 nautical mile) on compliance with necessary SAMSA requirements and standards. (Surf launching excluded).

Price:
R 2000 including books, lectures by SAMSA authorised trainers, practical training and theoretical examination.

A certificate of competence will be issued by SAMSA.
